Our delivery time is 3-5 business days from the confirmation of the order. The delivery charge depends on the respective delivery location and weight of the product or products ordered.

Once an order has been placed you will not be able to amend or cancel the order.

After 7 days you will not be able to make a return or refund request. In order to exchange or for a refund it will have to be under one of the circumstances given in the Refund and Exchange policy.

We can only ship to one address for one delivery, however you can add a different address as the recipient’s address.

Please call our hotline in the case an item you need is out of stock, our team will check if it is available in store and arrange delivery for you. In the case an item is not available please inform us you need it and will endeavour to have it in stock as soon as possible.

We will send out a mail when you order has been dispatched, if the order does not arrive within 5 business days, please call our 24-hour hotline and we will assist you.
