At P. G. Martin we take great pride in ensuring all our products are of excellent quality and value for money. It is important to us that all our customers are satisfied with our services.


We understand that due to human error certain blunders could occur and in view of the same, our returns and exchange policy guideline is as follows:


  • All items are sold on “as is” basis.

  • If a customer desires to return an item purchased from our portfolio of items, the same shall be returned within seven (7) business days from the date of purchase subject to the item being returned in its original condition.
    • An item may be returned only upon the satisfaction of any one or more of the conditions given below:
    • The item received by the customer is different to that of the item purchased by the customer in respect of product attributes such as colour, specifications etc.
    • The item received by the customer is one with a manufacturing defect including, but not limited to an item manufactured with a stained material, scratch marks on the material, discolouring of the material etc.
    • The item received by the customer has a technical fault such as a faulty lock or a zipper.

  • In the event of a potential return, the customer shall lodge a request for the same through the customer’s account on our site.

  • The customer shall upload a clear picture of the received product as proof with a clear and accurate description outlining the defect and/ or non- compliance with product attributes.

  • Once our team receives the request and verification of the same has been done on our end to ascertain that the condition of the item displayed in the picture was the same condition of the item prior to it being dispatched, we will arrange for the received item to be returned to us at our cost.

  • Upon the receipt of the product and confirmation that the received product is in the original condition, we shall also dispatch the correct item in compliance with the customer’s order and notify the customer of the same and the cost of the same shall be borne by us.

  • In the unlikely event, the requisite product has become unavailable, we shall issue a full refund to the customer through the same payment method used to make the purchase.

  • Only orders purchased through the online store can be returned through our website. An item purchased in–store can be exchanged by walking into our flagship store located at No. 297, Galle Road, Colombo 3 within seven (7) business days of the purchase. The item intended to be returned must be returned with the receipt.
