- Each item sold either through the online site or our stores shall be sold with a warranty.
- The warranty period for each item shall differ and the same is indicated on each individual item through the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) that is attached to each item.
- The warranty provided with each of our products shall be valid only under the grounds mentioned below:
- Where there is a malfunctioning of an accessory in the item including but not limited to zip pullers, dog hooks, locks, buttons etc.
- Where a certain part/ accessory has been detached and the same is in need of replacement
- Where discolouration of the material or discolouration of the accessories have occurred
- Where discolouration of metal accessories have occurred
